Pixar Art Fence
This art fence entitled “California Fencescape” was designed and built for Pixar’s daycare facility to create a vibrant intriguing atmosphere for the youngsters while their parents are at work. It is comprised of colorful metal panels that represent the different California landscapes of the mountains, the country, the city and the sea. Aluminum animal silhouettes accompany each theme to portray the typical the animal life of that landscape.
Layered and colorfully textured aluminum panels make the San Francisco skyline. Colorful shapes represent the patterns of farming. Large colorful mountain forms on either side of you makes you feel a little smaller when you enter the daycare facility. Overlapped perforated aluminum shimmers as you pass by the sea scene.
